Our Gyms
How We Run Our Group Classes

All our clubs offer group classes as part of your membership package. We keep our classes small, typically between 6 to 12 people, so you get a more personalised experience. Each club has its own schedule of classes, which you can easily view and book through our member app. Our classes cater to all fitness levels, but if you're new to the gym scene or have any injuries, we recommend chatting with our team.
